Main technology and characteristics of low nitrogen burner
Low-NOx burners refers to burners with low NOx emissions during the fuel combustion process. Choosing low-NOx burners can reduce nitrogen oxide emissions during the combustion process. The nitrogen oxides produced in the combustion process are mainly NO and NO2, and these two nitrogen oxides are generally called nitrogen oxides NOx.

1. Classification

1. Heavy oil burner, gas burner and dual fuel burner (light oil/gas or heavy oil/gas).
2. According to the operation and operation mode: Bona burners have one-stage, two-stage, progressive two-stage and progressive two-stage with share conditioner, etc.
3. Industrial burner series: all high-power burners, designed for special industrial applications.

2. Technical and functional characteristics

●Single stage fire, two stage fire, two stage fire progressive/share conditioning
●Can adapt to any type of combustion chamber.
●Air and gas are mixed in the combustion head.
●By adjusting the combustion air and combustion head, the best combustion parameters can be obtained.
●It is not necessary to remove the burner from the boiler, and the mixing equipment can be taken off directly, so that maintenance can be carried out conveniently.
●The servo motor is used to adjust the air flow of the first and second stages, and when the burner stops running, the air door is closed to reduce the heat loss in the furnace.
●A valve sealing control device can be added to the valve group.
●Choose a flange and an insulating sealing ring to connect and fix the boiler; equipped with a 4-hole and 7-hole connector.
●A blower pipe with a length greater than the standard length can be provided upon request.
