Features of the burner's fully automatic function

Full-automatic features

1. Ignition method: Fully automatic/full manual respectively

2. Control method:

① Automatic/manual;

② Adopting imported well-known brand combustion program controller;

③ Combination of proportional adjustment and manual adjustment;

④ According to the boiler pressure/temperature signal through the pressure transmitter and PID control regulator, the 4-20m current signal will automatically adjust the air intake volume of the gas control valve and the air volume control valve;

⑤ Flame tracking monitoring, flameout alarm, fast fuel gas cut off, gas high and low pressure protection, air pressure protection, automatic thermal load adjustment, and manual adjustment in case of automatic failure;

⑥ Valve leak detection (double safety valve).

3. Combustion method: It has the characteristics of single gas and single fuel oil or mixed combustion of oil and gas, and in the normal combustion process, there is no tempering, no off-fire, and no flameout. It has the characteristics of sufficient combustion and stable thermal efficiency, simple operation and convenient maintenance.

4. Combustion control program: turn on → turn on the fan → turn on the air volume control valve to purge the chamber → valve leakage detection → start the combustion program controller → close the air volume control valve → turn on the high-energy igniter → turn on the ignition solenoid valve → flame tracking monitoring (open Main gas valve→air volume control valve opens simultaneously)→to normal combustion rated working state→automatically adjust the fuel valve and air volume valve according to the boiler pressure/temperature setting value→flame extinguishment (flame out alarm and cut off fuel gas in fault state)→stop.
