The steam-water mixture in the water wall tube directly enters the upper drum, while the steam-water mixture in the water wall tubes on both sides needs to enter the upper drum through the upper header and the steam guide tube. The water in each water wall tube is supplied by a downcomer drawn from the lower drum.
