Fault phenomenon and cause analysis of gas burner

Fault phenomenon of gas burner (1) : connected to the power supply, the burner does not start, the control box does not light up the fault light.
Possible causes:
(a) It could be a minor problem, such as a power failure. It may also be that the gas switch ball valve has not opened or the gas pressure is insufficient (below the set value on the gas low pressure switch).
(b) Please check the fuse of the power supply and also check that the thermostat is set at the appropriate temperature. If the burner is connected to other automatic control devices, please check if there is no power supply to the burner due to the influence of these devices.
(c) Please check whether the voltage is normal. The control box of the burner basically has a low voltage protection function, when the voltage is too low, the burner can not start.
(d) Please check that the control box of the burner is securely plugged into the socket and that the power cable is loose and disconnected.
(e) The control box may be faulty (damaged).
Fault phenomenon (2) : when the power is connected, the burner cannot start, and the control box will light up the fault light, or light up the fault light later.
Possible causes:
(a) The control box may be faulty (damaged).
(b) Possible fault of the burner motor. The motor cannot start. In addition to the damage of the motor coil or capacitor, it may also be the problem of the bearing, or the wind impeller may be stuck and cannot rotate.
Fault phenomenon (3) : the burner starts normally, but interrupts operation during the "blowing procedure", and the control box lights up the fault light.
Possible causes:
(a) The control box may be faulty (damaged).
(b) The wind pressure switch does not work, and the wind pressure switch is damaged. When the wind pressure reaches the set value, the contact cannot work. If the air pressure port or pressure measuring pipe is blocked, check whether the set value of the air pressure switch is correct. If the fan is faulty, the air pressure is too low.
