The low nitriding of gas boiler still depends on the burner

In the development of industrial coal ban, most areas have begun to replace coal with natural gas, and industrial combustion is also updated with the use of natural gas boilers for boilers, and the combustion part currently mainly uses low-nitrogen burners, but natural gas boilers It is a gas boiler, a boiler product that uses natural gas as fuel. Since natural gas is a clean energy source, it is a new type of environmentally friendly boiler product, the mainstream product after coal-fired boilers, and has an important market position.

Natural gas boiler has many advantages such as high thermal efficiency, environmental protection and energy saving, low operating cost, beautiful appearance, safety and reliability. It is the first choice for users to purchase boiler products. However, with the further strengthening of environmental policies, ordinary gas boilers no longer meet environmental policy standards. The nitrogen oxide content in the boiler exhaust gas does not comply with environmental regulations, so the natural gas boiler needs to be modified with low nitrogen.

There are generally two methods to convert low nitrogen natural gas. One is to replace the boiler and choose a new environmentally friendly low-nitrogen gas boiler product. The second is to carry out low-nitrogen conversion to natural gas boilers, that is, to replace the burner or replace the boiler body to reduce the nitrogen oxide content in the boiler exhaust gas to meet the low-nitrogen requirements. The common method for low-nitrogen conversion in ordinary natural gas boilers is to replace the burner. In other words, by replacing the new low-nitrogen burner, the exhaust gas of the boiler can reach the standard, and the thermal efficiency of the boiler can be further improved to reach the standard of the boiler.

The nitrogen oxide content of the exhaust gas of an ordinary natural gas boiler is about 150mg per cubic meter, and the standard for a low-nitrogen natural gas boiler has three aspects. First, the nitrogen oxide content per cubic meter is 80mg-150mg, which belongs to ordinary natural gas boilers, while the gas between 30mg-80mg belongs to low nitrogen natural gas boilers, and the gas below 30mg belongs to ultra-low nitrogen natural gas boilers. .

Low-nitrogen conversion of natural gas boilers is currently the mainstream form of gas boilers. Renovation has started in different regions, and boiler products can only be used again after reaching the standard. Therefore, the low nitrogen conversion of natural gas boilers is the general trend.

Whether it is low-nitrogen depends mainly on whether the combustion is sufficient. This is a complex physical combustion process. The low-nitrogen burner is to fully mix the ratio of combustible gas and air, so that the combustion is more complete and the heat energy conversion ratio is more efficient, which is also low. Nitrogen burner and boiler have become a very matched combustion combination.
