Select industrial burners with corresponding functions according to the specific energy used, such as gas, fuel, electricity, etc. But among these three energy sources, the fuel cost is: electricity > fuel > gas. Appropriate choices need to be made based on the factory’s production volume to fundamentally reduce costs.

2. Temperature control capability. 

A very important function of the dryer is that it can ensure that the ingredients are heated and dried at the appropriate temperature to achieve the best drying effect. 4. There may be several reasons for the uneven drying and wetness of the fruit and vegetable dryer during the drying process.

1. Improper distribution

 If you place fruits and vegetables on the same layer or in the same position in the dryer without proper distribution, it will lead to uneven drying and wetness. 2. Uneven temperature and humidity
