Rotary kiln oil burners are becoming more and more common in the market. Today, I will briefly introduce you to the operating instructions of rotary kiln oil burners.
1) Use steam to heat the fuel supply pipe, open the purge valve of the fuel line, connect the fuel line to steam, heat and purge the fuel nozzle, and then close the purge valve and steam control valve;

2) Raise the flue gate;

3) Open the butterfly valve in front of the burner by about l/6, so that there is a breeze in the air distributor; if there is a natural suction port, it is not necessary to open the combustion air butterfly valve;

4) Open the atomizing steam (or preheating compressed air) valve, and adjust the pressure of the atomizing medium to 0.4MPa, and keep it relatively stable;

5) Insert the ignition torch (or turn on the ignition switch);

6) Open and gradually open the oil valve in front of the large burner to make the display value of the oil pressure gauge 0.35Mpa, and the oil mist ignites and burns;

7) If compressed air is used for atomization at room temperature, follow the sequence of (6) (5) (4) (that is, turn on the oil first, then turn on the air);

8) After the flame is stable, open the butterfly valve gradually, and fill in the combustion air until no smoke is emitted, that is, the ignition is successful;

9) If the ignition fails, immediately close the fuel valve and open the air butterfly valve to remove the unfueled fuel mist in the furnace, otherwise the torch must not be inserted into the ignition again;

10) The reasons for unsuccessful ignition are mostly: the oil temperature is too low, the steam contains too much water, the combustion air butterfly valve is opened too much, the amount of fuel is too small or too much, the air or steam pressure is too low, etc.;

11) After finding out the cause, you can repeat the above steps 1 to 7 until the flame is stable before the ignition is considered successful.
