1. Working principle

The gas sent from the gas pipeline is sprayed into the combustion chamber through the solenoid valve or electric control valve, the gas distributor and the nozzle, and is cut by the strong collision of the shaft, the radial direction and the cyclone in the combustion chamber to form a mixed gas, which is ignited by high-energy electronic , Immediately produce combustion, form a stable stream flame, and send it to the furnace. When the flame advances to the furnace, the gas is mixed with the combustion-supporting air again to form a semi-internal mixing and semi-diffusive combustion. In terms of the air-fuel ratio, the combustion-supporting air is proportionally adjusted with the flow of gas to achieve full mixing and complete combustion. In order to ensure the safe operation of the burner under the rated thermal load, a photosensitive element is used to track and monitor the flame. Once a failure occurs to extinguish the fire, the program controller will immediately issue an instruction to close the gas valve and give an alarm in time. The fan automatically purges the residual gas in the furnace. After the internal combustible gas is exhausted, the re-ignition procedure is implemented again. In terms of thermal load adjustment, the temperature/pressure control area (or set working point) is automatically and randomly adjusted according to the requirements of the production process.

2. Main features

2) Regardless of the thermal load of the burner, an ignition gun is set in the combustion chamber to implement light-load ignition and work under heavy load, thereby effectively preventing the occurrence of furnace explosion accidents.

3) The heat load adjustment ratio is large (30-110%), and the heat load can be changed at any time according to the requirements of the production process. The ratio adjustment is realized in the wind-fuel ratio to achieve complete combustion, which effectively saves energy, prevents combustible gas from being discharged into the atmosphere, and protects surroundings.
