Composition of industrial hot water boiler steam boiler burner

The boiler burner is mainly composed of fuel injectors, air distributors and igniters.
The role of the injector:
 
1. Control the amount of fuel in the flame burner;
 
2. Atomize the fuel oil to ensure the combustion quality in the furnace. The function of the air distributor is to control the primary air volume and the secondary air volume, create conditions to fully mix the combustion air and the oil mist, and promote the rapid vaporization and decomposition of the oil mist, so as to facilitate stable and full combustion. The igniter is an electric spark generator used to ignite the fuel mist. In addition, there are flame sensors and artificial ignition holes.
Boiler burners have good flame-retardant properties.
 
1. The primary air pulverized coal is wrapped in the rotary burner to minimize the contact area between the pulverized coal and the hot air that reduces NOx emissions.
 
2. The burner flame stabilizer, even when operating at low load, the burner still runs stably.
 
3. With good flame-retardant properties, clinker production can greatly improve the quality of plants, form a stable coating, and effectively protect the refractory bricks.
 
4. The burner always follows a design, which is corrected to adapt to the actual conditions of use of the equipment and reduce operating costs.
 
5. The required main air pressure is very low, which reduces the reconstruction cost when operating stably than 10KPa without adding high-pressure air.
 
6. Simply change the vortex in use, and the axial position of the swirler is controlled by changing the momentum of the burner inlet pressure to avoid errors in operation.
 
7. The burner makes full use of the transformation of the existing equipment in the user's use process, and there is no other auxiliary equipment or the transformation of the coal feeding system, which saves investment costs and a short-term recovery period.
