Classification of industrial oil/gas/and coal heating furnace burners

Oxygen burners are commonly known as burners. There are many types and specifications, including oil, gas , and coal (pulverized coal/coal water slurry). The application field is very wide, and the burner is needed in the industrial occasions that need to burn the fuel to heat the material or react. The combustor is also called the integrated burner, which is mainly fuel and gas. Generally used in small and medium-sized fuel boilers, fuel hot air blowers, ovens and small fuel heating furnaces.

Industrial burners (burners) can realize the functions of burners after adding configuration, but burners cannot meet the requirements of fuel combustion heating or reaction in many industrial occasions. See the entry "Burner" for the difference between the two.

Broadly speaking, civilian stoves, lighters, blowtorches, and combustion devices in engines all belong to the category of civilian burners and special burners.

burner: A component in the pre-mixed structure of the flame atomizer, also known as the burner head. It is the nozzle of mixed gas and transport ship-shaped sample when the flame is burning. It is mostly single-slit. The former is used for nitrous oxide-acetylene flame and the latter is used for air-acetylene flame. It is generally made of stainless steel, but also made of aluminum or brass. There are two types: single-slot and three-slot. The atomic fluorescence method uses a Meker burner, which is a torch-shaped flame. There are two types of water cooling and air cooling. After use, it should be cleaned frequently with distilled water to prevent rust and clogging of crevices.
