Low-nitrogen burner is an important equipment in industrial oil-fired boilers and gas-fired boilers. It ensures stable combustion of fuel and complete combustion of fuel. Here is a brief introduction to the low-nitrogen burners currently used by our low-nitrogen burner manufacturers. Type of mouth:

①Exhaust gas self-circulating low NOx burner

The working principle of this low-nitrogen burner is mainly to use the jet of air to make a part of the combustion products flow back to the vicinity of the burner outlet and mix with the fuel gas, thereby reducing the oxygen concentration in the circulation zone and preventing the formation of local high temperature zones . According to relevant information, when the exhaust gas recirculation rate is about 20%, the NOx suppression effect is high, and the NOx emission concentration is below 80g/m³.

②Two-stage combustion type low NOx burner

The working principle of this kind of low-nitrogen burner is to pass the combustion air into the combustion zone twice, so that the combustion process is completed in two stages, avoiding excessive concentration in the high temperature zone. Since the primary air volume only accounts for 40% to 50% of the total air volume, a strong reducing atmosphere is generated, forming a low oxygen concentration zone, and correspondingly lowering the temperature of the combustion reaction zone, inhibiting the formation of NOx, and the remaining air ( The secondary air) is sent from the periphery of the reducing combustion zone and achieves complete combustion at the end of the flame. Due to the implementation of segmented combustion to avoid concentration in high temperature areas, the NOx emission concentration is significantly reduced.

After understanding the type of low nitrogen burner, let's take a look at the installation requirements of the burner:

1. When installing the burner, the center line of the burner and the center line of the burner brick must be installed concentrically.

2. The burner shell and the burner brick are installed closely.

3. The barrel of the burner should be fixed on the brackets on the steel column of the furnace body.

4. The installation sequence is to install the burner first, and then install the oil and gas pipe. When installing the oil and gas pipe, the position of the burner shall not be affected.

5. The hot air inlet of the burner should be installed above or on both sides, avoid installing below.

6. When installing the refractory baffle on the burner, be sure to fill the gap between the baffle and the shell. Prevent the baffle from sinking and bend the oil gun.
